If you've made it to this page, thank you. It means something you've seen so far resonated with you, and I'm grateful you're here. I'd love to share a little more about who I am and the journey that brought me here.

Like many people, I've experienced incredible highs and deeply challenging lows. Those seasons have shaped who I am and taught me that growth isn't about having everything figured out. It's about continuing to show up for yourself, finding your way back home, and knowing you don't have to do it alone.

Today, my mission is to create experiences where people feel heard, supported, and inspired to reconnect with their authentic selves. Whether we're working one-on-one, in a small group, or in a room of hundreds, my hope is that you leave feeling more grounded, more confident, and better equipped to move through life without losing yourself in the process.

How I got here

If you had told my younger self that I'd one day be leading yoga classes, facilitating meditation, and creating wellness experiences, I probably wouldn't have believed you. I grew up playing both ice hockey and field hockey before becoming a coach, and for years I believed the harder I pushed, the stronger I'd become.

I still believe in working hard, challenging yourself, and stepping outside your comfort zone. But I no longer believe that constantly pushing harder is the only path to growth. True well-being comes from finding balance between effort and recovery, so you can perform at your best without losing yourself in the process.

The Trip That Changed Everything

After college, I bought a one way ticket to India to meet up with my sister for what I jokingly call my own Eat, Pray, Love adventure.

I completely fell in love with Rishikesh. Not just because of its beauty, but because of the way people connected. Conversations weren't about what you did for work. They were about purpose, presence, and truly living.

While I was there, I enrolled in a meditation course, and it completely changed my life.

For the first time, I experienced what it felt like to let go of the constant attachment to stress and negative thoughts.

I remember thinking,"People back home need this."

Bringing It Home

When I returned to the United States, I was coaching collegiate field hockey while completing my Master's degree.

I began introducing meditation to my student athletes, and before long those sessions expanded beyond athletics.

Watching people experience the same benefits I had discovered in India was incredibly rewarding, and it confirmed that this was the work I was meant to do.

Going Back to Learn More

After graduating with my master's degree, I gave myself the greatest gift I could think of: a one-way ticket back to India. After my first experience there, I knew I wanted to return. I've always believed the best way to truly understand something is to fully immerse yourself in it, and there was no better place to deepen my yoga practice than where it all began.

During my time there, I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training, became certified in sound healing, and learned alongside 24 incredible people from around the world. What I loved most wasn't just the education—it was the friendships, the laughter, and seeing how yoga has the power to bring people together across different cultures and backgrounds.

India will always hold a special place in my heart. The lessons I learned there extended far beyond the classroom and continue to shape the way I teach, connect with others, and create spaces where people feel welcome, supported, and inspired.

Sharing the Practice

I founded Wellness with Lexi during my Master's program while completing my graduate internship. What started as a passion project quickly became the beginning of the work I love most.

Since then, I've had the opportunity to travel to colleges across the country, partnering with athletic departments to speak about student-athlete wellness and guide meditation experiences for audiences of more than 500 people. I've also led grounding sessions at health and longevity conferences, using breathwork, crystal sound bowls, and meditation to help groups of 100+ people arrive fully present before the day begins.

These experiences have reinforced something I believe deeply: whether you're an athlete, a CEO, a bride on her wedding morning, or someone walking into their very first yoga class, we all need moments to pause.

I've learned that something as simple as taking one deep, intentional breath can shift the way we feel. It reminds us that our breath is always available to us and that sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is slow down long enough to reconnect with ourselves.

What I Believe Today

I believe yoga has been practiced for thousands of years for a reason. It works.

Yes, it's an incredible way to move your body. I've left yoga classes sweating just as much as some of my toughest games. But the greatest gift yoga has given me goes far beyond the physical.

It has taught me to slow down, respond instead of react, and truly get to know myself on a deeper level. It reminds me that this is a personal practice. There is no scoreboard, no finish line, and no need to compare yourself to the person on the mat next to you. Your journey is your own.

I also believe there is no one "right" way to move your body. There are so many forms of movement, and yoga is simply the one that I fell in love with. It's the practice that helped me come home to myself, and one that I feel incredibly grateful to share with others.

Yoga didn't change who I am. It helped me come home to who I was all along.

My Hope

Today, I bring together everything I've learned from athletics, coaching, yoga, reiki, meditation, sound healing, and mental wellness to create experiences that help people reconnect with themselves.

Whether we're flowing through a powerful yoga class, sitting together in meditation, gathering for a corporate wellness event, or sharing a private experience, my hope is that you leave feeling more present, move in ways that feel good, reconnect with your authentic self, and walk away with tools that support your well being long after you leave.
